TRINITY IS ASSEMBLING A NEW PICTORAL DIRECTORY! |

Help us connect our members and tell our
story!
|
|
We have chosen to work through
Lifetouch Church Directories to produce a family album
for our church. Portraits will be taken Thursday, Friday
and Saturday, July 30, 31 and August 1 and Tuesday,
Wednesday and Thursday, August 11-13. |
| Your photographs will arrive 2-3
weeks after your photography and the directories will be
published by early fall. |
| |
| Each
participating church member family will receive a
complimentary 8x10 portrait and free directory.
|
The portrait studio will be set up in
Trinity Hall, and the waiting area will be in the lower hallway.
Parking is close by and the area is handicap accessible.

Scheduling: |

|
Families can schedule their own portrait session online.
(There will be a sign up at the church every Sunday in
July beginning July 5 for those who do not have access
to the internet. The internet link will be available
24/7 on all days except Sundays.) You can also change
your scheduled time via the website, if necessary. |

Saturday, August 1 – 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

August 13 – 3 to 9 p.m.
|
We encourage people who are free during the
daytime to take the earliest openings leaving evening hours for
those who can't come during the day. Plan to be here for
one hour. That hour will include your check-in,
professional photography (no sitting fee), portrait viewing and
making purchases if you choose. There is no pressure or
obligation to purchase.
Friends and Family:
 We
also encourage you to invite friends and family to
participate---they can attend our photography event and receive
the complimentary portrait session and 8 x 10 portrait and have
an opportunity to purchase if they choose to. Families who are
not members of the church simply indicate that they do not want
to appear in the directory.

Pets & Props:

|
Your portraits are family keepsakes.
Feel free to personalize them by bringing props (soccer
ball, trumpet, family Bible, etc) or the family pet to
be in your picture. (We will ask you to keep your pet
outside until you are called to the photography room,
thanks!!)

Outreach:
|
|
We are looking forward to telling a
great story about our church through pictures. In
addition to family pictures, there will be photos
highlighting our church’s ministries and programs. We
think it will be something that you will proudly show to
your neighbors!

Serving:
|
|
We will
need hosts and hostesses to help during each day of
photography. Volunteers oversee check-in and help make
sure your one-hour stay is a pleasant one! If you are
