- Administer Survey #2 to prioritize the Critical Success
Factors (CSF's) identified through focus group research.
- Conduct a brainstorming/design team session to develop
conceptual facility solutions that directly respond to the CSF's.
Short and long-term priorities and visions for Trinity will be shared.
- Develop multiple, conceptual master planning scenarios
(3 to 5 scenarios). Primarily outlined in written format, will
include meetings with various ministries and church groups.
- Evaluation of master planning scenarios. Includes
internal evaluation by Casler / Sutherly, concept testing, and evaluation
by members of the congregation, to show the most ability to satisfy the
priorities of the TLC community.
- Select the final master plan, based on formal research
results and ongoing discussions with the Executive Planning Committee.
- Define scope of project based on budget constraints /
funding limitations and make adjustments to the selected master plan.
- Formulate comprehensive conceptual project budget
estimate, including anticipated costs and furniture, fixtures and
equipment.
